"The product is excellent however your shipping and communication leads much to be desired. First, it was scheduled to arrive on 5/1 but went to a neighboring town and I did not receive it until 5/6. Secondly, I phoned your number and could never reach a person and it would not accept messages. I then sent an email, again no response. You need to do better."
