"Paid extra for expedited refrigerated delivery. Was supposed to be delivered 8/20, just received 8/28. Ice packs were not even cool, item was warm as well. We were not able to use and had to discard. I have reached out to the company on 4 occasions. 3 emails and one phone call (it loops). I have not received any response at all. Will have to dispute with cc company. I was excited to have a supplier of Canadian products as my husband lived there for 2 years. ."

"I would love to review this product but it is labeled “refrigerate”. Since it wasn’t when it was delivered I am afraid to eat it. Also when I tried to respond to the delivery email it would not send to you! Please respond. ."
