"I would like a refund plesse and this is the reason. The product was not edible! The photo will show you what i mean, I couldn’t even open the product because it is a hot mess, all thr vookirs were smashed and all the chocolate melted all over the inside. I live in Sugar Land, Texas and this time of year the temperature ranges from the High Nineties to lower Hundreds and usually under Heat Advisory, most products like your product is shipped in temperature controlled packing. So I’m going to throw it away unopened."

Of course I love the

"Of course I love the products ,however I ordered 2boxes of the Swiss cheese crackers and 2 of the Ritz bits. I got 4 boxes of the Ritz bits and no Swiss cheese Crackers. I will keep the 4boxes of Ritz bits because I have small great grandchildren who will love them. I was a bit disappointed and I hope the next order goes better."
